LexisNexis Congressional basic subscription has a minimum billable FTE (full-time equivalent) of 1,500 and a maximum of 27,001. If your school has more than 27,000 FTE, your school will only be charged for the 27,001 FTE. If your school has less than 1,500 FTE, your school will be charged for 1,500 FTE.
