Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality Assurance
LexisNexis guarantees to provide microform reproductions that are complete to the extent possible, undamaged, and free of defects that would impair usability and readability on standard viewing equipment. Despite all reasonable quality control measures, in conformity with commonly accepted micropublishing industry standards, any collection is subject to having some deficiencies or omissions. If problems occur, please notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem with a minimum of inconvenience to you.

Replacement Policy
If you receive damaged or defective material (printed publications or microforms), or if items are missing, replacements will be promptly provided. Please submit your claim within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the corresponding shipment. We may request that you return the original items, in which case we will pay the return postage. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing items that become damaged due to improper care in use or storage, or that become missing. However, in such instances we will cooperate fully with you to replace such items quickly and at a nominal charge.

Cancellation Policy
If a current subscription or standing order is cancelled within 90 days of receipt of the first shipment, upon written request, a full refund will be issued, with the requirement that all corresponding materials be returned to the publisher. After 90 days, a prorated refund will be made on materials not yet shipped.

Retrospective index orders also may be cancelled within 90 days for a full refund. However, because retrospective microforms are ordinarily custom duplicated upon receipt of an order, LexisNexis reserves the right to apply a cancellation charge on retrospective microform purchases that are cancelled subsequent to placement of a firm order.
